MAKING A BOOKING
1. In the first instance you should make an enquiry by email, letter or telephone giving as much detail of the type of event and date including likely performance times and other special requests. I haven’t included a standard reply coupon on this site because I would prefer to have a personal contact with my clients to ensure they get exactly what they want.
2. A reply will be given generally within 24 hours and followed up in writing with a typed agreement which will include all agreed conditions (excepting funerals or other late bookings because of the short time frame),
3. Bookings will be confirmed by the payment by cheque of a non-refundable deposit of £100. Only after a booking fee is received will the engagement be confirmed.
4. 30 days prior to the engagement the full fee is required to be paid. A receipt will be given, and full confirmation of all job details and any special requirements.
(This is not possible in the case of funerals and certain other late-notice jobs. If an arrangement exists with a Funeral Director then cheque payment on the day is acceptable, and with accredited agencies then I shall generally submit a 30-day invoice).
I normally take bookings anything up to a year in advance.
